Great service very happy with my purchase
This was a gift for my son, for Xmas.
Unfortunately it has not lasted long at all due to the inner ring separating from the outer. We are disappointed and my son is upset
Would you be able to do anything about this ?
The ring itself is well made but did take a few days of spinning to become smooth. It comes with a bit of grease inside and this protects it but stopped it from spinning freely. I have also found that wearing the ring when at the beach or doing dirty jobs it can get a bit grindy due to dirt or sand getting inside but after washing it and spinning it again it clears up.
The one down side to the ring is it is NOT glow in the dark as advertised. I was disappointed in this to start with but otherwise it is a good ring so I still wear it now.
Although it is supposed to glow in the dark I have not been aware of this, at all. I do, however, like the ring and have received a few compliments and comments about it.
Unfortunately, what arrived was a green spinner ring, not the blue glow in the dark one I ordered...it's ok but not what I wanted.
